On some systems, this change may not be so smooth, but be assured it is part of our current plan to greatly change our packaging system for the better. If you have issues upgrading, please try running the following commands:
sudo pacman -Rdd amethyst
sudo pacman -S ame
And then you should be free to upgrade normally:
ame upg
