As Crystal is an Arch Linux based distro, it requires an x86_64 (64bit) CPU (which should be in computers built in the last 12 years) and for RAM, the installer does let you install lighter desktop environments like XFCE but the ISO does boot up a GNOME live environment so id say you want at least 2-4GB of RAM for that.
