We should write up manual intervention instructions for people on older installed systems who wish to have the "stable" release experience
Re-install, otherwise, would be advisable
If we meet up on the 16th and deduct that we cannot push a stable release out on the 23rd, we will open an RFC to consider pushing it back to a date in December
If we decide not to push it on the 16th, we could discuss hosting an event on the 23rd
