Differences with Arch Linux?

Hi,
I've been really interested in that project since I discovered it, but I do have some questions.
I'd like to know the main differences with vanilla Arch, if any. Are we talking about something "Manjaro-like" with heavy changes to how Arch Linux works? Or are we talking about a "Arch+" distro which is essentially vanilla Arch with a few custom packages, closer to what EndeavourOS or even Arch GUI are?

feels like "Arch+". I don't think they hold back packages like Manjaro does. ame is the package manager? AUR helper?
I had to set up a few things myself, when typically they'd be set up by default.
I picked GNOME. and the minimize/maximize buttons where not selected (easily done through GNOME Tweaks) or how cups.service wasn't enabled and started. Easy things to do. But these would have been done on Ubuntu or Manjaro GNOME for example.
It's more vanilla than I expected. but I think more work might be done on Onyx.

We follow all arch packages in real-time, unlike Manjaro or Arch. And yes, the main changes are a few custom packages for our ISO and Onyx, and pre-packaged gnome extensions.

Thanks for bringing up cups. I believe that's a pending change for future Jade installations (cc @xenia)
