Cant turn on bluetooth

Hallo, i trying to connect my earbud to my laptop, but i cant turn on bluetooth on my laptop

This is commonly encountered when bluetooth-critical packages such as bluez and/or bluez-utils aren't installed.

Please run the following commands:

ame ins bluez bluez-utils
sudo systemctl enable --now bluetooth

I found this the same issue for me, but found that enabling bluetooth.service in systemd was the solution to this issue. So sudo systemctl enable --now bluetooth.service
